Eugene, Oregon has a way of encouraging even the least athletic of us to begin running…anywhere, everywhere. We are in “Track Town USA” after all.

Did you see the marathon last week?

The course was fast and flat and the way those runners flew past (even at the 8 mile mark) there seemed to be encouragement in the air: try this. It could be awesome.

Want to?

With very little commitment and a whole lot of fun attached? Try the All-Comers Track Meet at Hayward Field.

The point is, as we ring in another summer, maybe it’s time to try something new. No matter how old or young you are!

MEANWHILE—the Sam Bonds Brewery Tasting room is OPEN and SO IN BUSINESS.

This means that you can rightfully reward yourself after cleaning out the garage and packing it all to Storitall.
